Ordering 

You can place your order very easily in the webshop. Select the products you want to order, add them to your shopping cart and checkout. The shipping costs differ per product and destination. What your shipping costs will be is shown in the checkout. 

Vsend 

We will ship your order within 1 - 2 business days, but we are a small company and pack everything carefully ourselves. So for now, we don't offer a "ordered today, delivered tomorrow" guarantee, but we are fast! Do you need a package before a certain date? Please mention it in the comments, then we try to send it before that time.

For orders inside and outside the Netherlands we use the standard delivery services of DHL.

In general you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium, and within 5 to 7 working days in other European countries. Haven't received your order after 7 business days? Send an email to [email protected] or call 033 - 202 43 38 on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm.

Shipping Rates

We ship to the following European countries:

Netherlands: letter post €3.95 / parcel post €5.75
Belgium: letter post and small parcel €6.50 / large parcel €9.00
Germany: letter post €6.50 / parcel up to 10 kg €8.50 / parcel up to 30 kg €13.50
EUR1 zone (Denmark, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Sweden): starting at €13.00
EUR2 zone (Poland, Portugal): starting at €13.00

Orders above 50 euros will be shipped for free in the Netherlands and from 75 euros in Belgium and Germany. For countries in Europe zone 1 and 2 there is a minimum order of 150 euros for free shipping.


Implementation of delivery

After your order is placed, we will make sure it is delivered to you as soon as possible. Je can follow your order closely via the track&trace code that you will receive by e-mail as soon as it is prepared for shipment with us. This code allows you to track your package through the carrier's website.

The carrier makes two delivery attempts per package. If you are not at home on the second delivery attempt either, the package will be returned to us.

 

Tips for smooth delivery

  • Please make sure your address information is correct and complete when placing your order.
  • When placing your order, specify whether you want the package delivered to your work or to a pickup point.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, make sure you have a neighbor or friend who can receive the package for you.

  • Klarna - pay now, in 3 parts or later
