Sustainability
Sustainability
We try to produce as sustainably as possible to keep our footprint small. Therefore, our letterbox boxes are made of grass paper and tomato leaf pulp is the basic component of the seed bags. The printing is either made of paper that is 30-70% recycled paper or paper that comes from agricultural waste. In addition, you have the option to plant a tree when you place an order through Regreener.

This special bell pepper makes our hearts beat faster. The color of this bell pepper 'White Bell' is really unprecedentedly beautiful: in the beginning almost transparent white, after which it turns creamy yellow. It has a slightly sweeter taste than its colorful sisters, making it a real must for the connoisseur.

Sow indoors
From mid-March sow indoors in well-humid soil in medium-sized seed trays. Sow 1 seed per tray and cover with a little soil or vermiculite. Place in a warm place of about 20 degrees, possibly with a hood on top. After germination, remove the cover. Repot to P9 pots as soon as seedlings have more than 2 sets of leaves. From mid-May you can harden off the seedlings and transplant with a distance of 80 cm. Harvest regularly and pollinate flowers manually if necessary for more fruit. Peppers only grow well at higher temperatures and are therefore best suited for greenhouse cultivation.
About vegetable seeds
About vegetable seeds
All vegetable seeds are annuals, meaning you have to re-sow them every year, except for hardy herbs. Rosemary, thyme, sage and fennel generally survive the winter just fine.
How many hours of sunshine?
How many hours of sunshine?
Vegetables generally like to grow in full sun. A minimum of 6 hours of sun in summer is a good guide. For annual flowers this is more, there we stick to a minimum of 8 hours of sun per day.
What soil?
What soil?
Vegetables can basically be grown on any type of soil, but it varies for each type of vegetable how nutritious that soil needs to be. You can find more information about this in the description.

Storing seeds
Storing seeds
On the package of your seeds you will find the shelf life. You can use them until the date you see on it. An opened package is best stored in an airtight box in a cool and dark place, such as a closet in the hallway. Not sure if the germination is still good? Then it's best to buy a new pack. We deliberately choose small amounts of seeds in the packs so you don't have to waste seeds. Do you have any questions about this? Call 033 - 202 43 38 or email to [email protected], and we will help you further.
