Sustainability

We try to produce as sustainably as possible to keep our footprint small. Therefore, our mailbox boxes are made of grass paper and tomato leaf pulp is the basic component of the seed bags. The printing is either made of paper that is 30-70% recycled paper or paper that comes from agricultural waste. Oil from the seeds of Camellia oleifera is the traditional Japanese way to protect tools from rust. Use it as a cleaning agent for your pruning and cutting snips, to brush away dirt between blades and as a protective layer after sharpening. The oil is odorless and tasteless, making it suitable for kitchen knives as well.
