Returning 

Are you not satisfied with your order? Then we'll resolve that as neatly as possible!

First send an email to [email protected] with your return request and we will make it right. The cost of the return is for the customer. 

How do I return my order?

Return your order within 14 days of receipt to us at the following address:

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

What if I have used my order?

You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Revoke

+ What is a revocation?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. You do not need to provide a reason for this.

+ How do you revoke an order?
Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt.. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

+ What happens if I revoke my order?
We will refund the purchase price, including shipping costs (excluding any additional costs as a result of your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days to your account.
